3M FireDam™ Spray 200 is a sprayable material that dries to form a tough, elastomeric coating. It will firestop building joints, curtain wall perimeter joints and through penetration seals to control the transmission of fire, heat, smoke and noxious gas. This water-based firestop sealer is applied with conventional airless sprayers, dries quickly and cleans up easily.
- TESTED FIRESTOP PERFORMANCE: Tested and listed for perimeter joints (curtain wall) and construction joints for up to 3-hours in accordance with ASTM E1966 (UL 2079), ASTM E2307 and CAN/ULC S115
- TESTED FIRE RESISTANCE: Tested and listed for up to 4-hour protection in construction joints per ASTM E1966 (UL 2079) and CAN/ULC S115
- HIGHLY ELASTIC: Latex-based flexible, sprayable, water-based coating that dries in ambient conditions to form a flexible seal
- RECOMMENDED USES: For use in dynamic head-of-wall and curtain wall systems
- EASY CLEAN UP WITH WATER: Water-based formula cleans up easily and saves time
- WEATHER RESISTANT: Resists freezing and thaws for a consistent seal in a range of conditions
